HawkSearch Showcases the Power of Search at IRCE 2019
As the business development representative for HawkSearch, I was lucky enough to attend this year’s IRCE @ RetailX conference, which happened to be my first tradeshow as well. My jaw dropped with excitement when I first stepped foot into the conference hall. It was remarkable to see thousands of people and hundreds of exhibits, all with the same purpose: to change the way business users interact with the internet.
We’re enjoying great conversation -discussing how we can help retailers like you search on your terms! #IRCE19 pic.twitter.com/pmBAvw2rUg — HawkSearch (@_HawkSearch) June 25, 2019
The power of search was a prevalent theme throughout the presentations at IRCE, which makes perfect sense. Search is becoming a major component for the retailers in the ecommerce industry and HawkSearch was proud to be a part of that conversation. We had a large presence at this year’s event, and with a 20x20 space on the showroom floor, you couldn’t miss us!
At our booth, attendees had the chance to see HawkSearch in action and learn how our features stand out from the crowd. One feature that I love discussing with potential clients is our Relevant Recommendations tool, which displays recommended products next to similar products to increase conversions.
With HawkSearch, these recommendations can be customizable and configured to a business’s unique needs, and it’s easy to use and configure – even by non-technical staff members. After each demo, people are almost always impressed by the robustness of our search solution and it’s a real treat to see their sincere excitement when they learn what HawkSearch can do for their business.
One of my favorite parts of IRCE was the opportunity to network and make connections with clients, potential clients, and partners right here in the city of Chicago. A couple of our clients who found success with HawkSearch even found some time to stop by our booth to say. I had such a great experience and I’m already planning for the next IRCE conference. I hope to make even more connections in 2020!
