We had a great time connecting with clients and future clients at Magento Imagine 2016
in Las Vegas. Our booth was buzzing with activity and we were happy to showcase the Hawk Search Workbench and its unique features, including Visitor Targets, our new Content Landing Pages, and Predictive Recommendations.
Now let's jump into the overview for the April Hawk Search Release.
New Features Synonyms — Bulk Upload:
Synonyms are a great way to improve the relevance of search results, increase product findability, and heighten the customer experience. Merchandisers can use search reports to identify different words used in search that mean the same thing, such as TV
. In addition to adding synonyms one at a time, merchandisers can use the new bulk upload feature
to increase their efficiency when building out a set of synonyms.
Enhancements New Recommendations Triggers:
Landing Page and Custom are now available as triggers when setting up recommendations. This is a great new feature that gives the merchandisers even more control over the user experience. Field Mapping Tool Tip: We've enhanced the user interface used to build out the product listing display from within a Recommendations widget. A Field Mapping List is now available at your fingertips, making it easier to set up the correct syntax.
Improved Google Analytics Integration:
The strategy team has been busy updating the Google Analytics process and documentation to address the issues associated with misrepresented activity due to AJAX powered features, such as Autocomplete and Facet selection.
If you have questions about any of the features and how they can benefit your business, please contact your Account Manager or the Customer Success team at email@example.com.
Last but not least, don't forget that IRCE 2016
is right around the corner! The exhibit hall at McCormick Place West in Chicago will be full of activity from June 7-10! It's a great place to learn about new technology and check out the latest from favorite vendors, like Hawk Search! We'll be at booth #1710, so be sure to stop by or contact us to set up a demonstration.
We hope to see you there!
