Our team has been hard at work preparing new features and improvements for Hawk Search, driven by feedback and suggestions from our clients. This month’s release features new workbench updates, more control over product pinning, and more.

We’re proud to announce the enhancements from the January 2017 release:

Pinning Flexibility
Our pinning capabilities are expanded to allow configuration at a more granular level.

Easier Data Feed Troubleshooting
For business users, we have increased visibility into data feed operations to avoid involving IT resources.

Bulk Editing Redirects

We expanded our bulk editing capabilities to redirects. This speeds up the management of larger sites or adding sister sites to the platform.

A Faster Dashboard

We made improvements on the loading part so dashboards in Workbench are a snap to bring up. Yes, this even affects your custom dashboards.

Improved Usability Throughout The Workbench

User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) tweaks were added throughout the Workbench to ease use on smaller screens and tablets.
